Yes, I know this is ridiculously late! But after driving back from an engagement session just outside of Canon Beach tonight I couldn’t help but put some images up to end the dry spell of posts! First off, I can’t wait to shoot Sarah & Alfredo’s wedding later this year, as it was a blast photographing them laughing and being themselves in the AMAZING light/location! Following is a shot I took on my way home looking out across the bay by Wheeler. What an epic night!

When weather decides to cut you slack on a wedding day you are always grateful, and this was one of those days. When we arrived at the Abernethy Center to shoot Nathan & Bethany’s wedding it had been raining all morning. Despite the rain Bethany was ready to go out and have fun getting some photos, and before we could even set foot outside the sun started to break through! Here’s the result of the day, which we are very grateful to have been a part of. Thanks Bethany & Nathan for having us photograph this part of your journey, and blessings on the years to come!

I have to say, designing albums just got a lot better today! I’ve been reluctant about making the jump to fully using InDesign by Adobe as I had purchased Fundy Album Builder. However, Adobe CS5 is definitely taking things to the next level, and the process is moving much more quickly. This is great, as now I have some extra time to do things like video the sunset at the present moment (while I blog). Here are a couple spreads I put together from Drea & Nathan’s wedding out in Clinton, NJ this last summer.

I had the chance to shoot as a second with some of my good photographer friends this last summer, and until recently I realized I never posted any images from those weddings! So, here is the beginning of some of those “lost & found” images. This was from a wedding in Yakima, WA with my good friend Darci of Kazuri Images.
