A couple months back I had the honor of doing some photos for Darryl Brown, an amazing graphic designer and stellar skate boarder, who does design work for Geez Magazine. If you haven’t read the magazine you might pick it up at some point, it’s a really great read. And the photos are too bad either! Anyways, Darryl pointed out that a photo from our session for one of the topics is highlighted on Geez’s website. Check it out! Also worth noting would be that Bryan & Leah, my good photographer friends, are two of our models!

And sorry for the lack of posts lately! EP has had walking pneumonia, so things have been on hold lately. More posts to come soon though!

Princeton Theological Seminary inSpire!

I wanted to share another place I recently had some work published. During my time on staff at Princeton Seminary some of my photos have made it into their quarterly publication, inSpire. Although there were several pages including photos I had taken, I was having issues saving some of the pages as jpg’s. So here is one of the pages that made it through conversion.

I have to say that I’ve really enjoyed my time shooting for the seminary, and will definitely be missing it when we leave. It’s been fun to meet folks, see what’s happening on campus, and take photos of some great events in some amazing places. It’s always good to be able to look back and notice that you’ve been grateful for where you’ve been working, or who you’ve been working for. I haven’t always been able to do that, so it’s good when I can.

Things have still been really busy with photography lately, but I wanted to share a quick item that I discovered the other day. Earlier last summer I had done a shoot for my good friend, Darryl, who is now working for George Fox University. It was photos around campus, coffee shops and other local Newberg spots, and even the Oregon Coast for Darryl and the design department to use for their creative purposes. I recently received my copy of the George Fox Journal and found one of those photos inside. Below is the spread, with my photo on the far left behind the president’s picture. Yes, it’s not a cover photo, but it’s always fun to see your work published! Thanks, Darryl and the design department!
